try forever 21, some of their clothes are under $15, but some of them are a little over. i hear they have shops in singapore too, although i don’t know what they charge there.

My daughter is in a fashion show, and by the luck of the draw, she gets to represent New Zealand. The overall show’s theme is Asian-Pacific fashion, if that helps. Please help me with fashion advice from that part of the world, as I am clueless right now. We have to provide the "fashion" ourselves.
