I really want to be a fashion designer I’m so young, is there any way I can start making a name for myself?

   See if you can intern for a fashion designer { maybe the one your aunt knows} and learn all you can .

   My best advice would be to make your name be known for your style ! Being young it can be difficult to actually go out, make and sell your own clothes. But if you have a truly keen sense of style and always present yourself to the best of your ability, people will notice ! Try to go to ANYTHING fashion, just being out and looking great will definitely get you remembered if nothing else, and if an internship or anything of that nature ever were to come up, you’d be a shoe in !    Hey! Absolutely(: Prepare a couple of outfits(a couple of each: shorts, dresses, tops, leggings, jeans) and try to get some of your friends to wear them-kinda like runway models. Then so your aunts friend. See what she thinks and tell me how you did! Good Luck!

   What about sharing what you know in a blog? Nowadays is the easiest way to start making a name for yourself.

   You can start by picking a place (aeropostale, kohls, American eagle, etc.) and make some drawings of clothes they could sell and send them into the website or something like that.

   have a sketchbook full of designs, pics, etc.
   find an internship
   start a blog
   send your work to some companies to sell
